- Double check the number and then hit ‘Confirm’
- Both you and the recipient will recieve an SMS to Confirm that the money has gone through
- So the person you want to send cash to doesn’t have Mobile Money? No problem. We’ll help them register so they can get the money.

- Choose Deposit Money and follow the steps to get a WiCode number (e.g. 8120013)
- Give the cashier the money you want to deposit and read out the WiCode number to the cashier
- We’ll send you an SMS to Confirm that the money has gone through
* Example: If you want to withdraw R100, you must have a minimum account balance of R104 as you will pay R4 in transaction fees. For a R100 money transfer, you will need R108 as you will pay R4.00 for deposit and your recipient will pay R4.00 for withdrawal.

- Select ‘Withdraw Money’ then follow the steps to get a WiCode number (e.g. 8120013)
- Tell the cashier how much you want to Withdraw (e.g. R100) and read out the WiCode number to the cashier
- We’ll send you an SMS to Confirm your withdrawal
